Summer 2021 Holiday Club Booking Forms now available. Summer Holiday Club sessions run from 8am - 6pm.



Information about The Hive: 

Where is The Hive?

The Hive is located along Market Road in the Red Kite Building of Thrapston Primary School. 

To access The Hive please use the pedestrian walkway opposite the slide on the Peace Park.

Who can use The Hive?

Breakfast and After School Club:

Breakfast and After School Club is open to Thrapston Primary School children from Reception to Year 6.

Holiday Club:

​Holiday Club is open to children from all schools in Reception to Year 6. ​

Children in Year 7 may also be considered upon request.

Whilst our activities rotate and vary, here is a summary of our activities/facilities:

How to Book a Session?

First Time at The Hive

If it is your child's first time at The Hive the Admission and Permission form must be completed in addition to the relevant booking forms

Booking Regular Sessions

To book regular sessions at The Hive please complete the relevant booking form (found on the club specific sub-pages of this website) and email it to or deliver it to the front office.

Unless otherwise informed, your booking at The Hive will have been accepted.

Booking One-off Breakfast/After School Club Sessions

To book a one-off session please email with the date of the desired session, the name of the child/children and whether the booking is for Breakfast or After School Club

Late Holiday Club Bookings   

To guarantee a spot at The Hive Holiday Club sessions should be booked 2 weeks before the Holidays.

Late bookings or extra sessions booked after this date (including during the Holidays) will be accepted if space is available.

How to Pay for The Hive?

Invoice Information

Payment should be made prior to the booked session(s) and in accordance with the date set out on the invoice.

Breakfast and After School Club sessions are invoiced in advance on a monthly basis.

Holiday Club sessions are invoiced upon receipt of a completed booking form.

Payment Information

Payments can be made in the following ways:

  • BACS payment to the bank account listed on the invoice.
  • Cash or Cheques handed in to the front office.
  • Childcare vouchers are accepted
