If possible, please have colouring pencils/ felt tips and plain paper to hand for the live lesson.
We will be doing Guided Reading on Thursday. We have attached the text (Pythons) today, so that your child reads it, or so that you can read it with your child, before the session. Please look at the 1 star text (in the bottom left-hand corner), as this is what we will use in the live lesson. If you child would like to read the 2 star or 3 star document, as an additional task, then this is fine.

This week the children will be writing their own quest stories. During the live lesson, we will ask the children to draw the main character for their quest story (that’s what the colouring pencils/ felt tips are for), then we will model how to write a character description about their new character. The main task is to write a character description.

On Monday the children will be using their knowledge of inverse to solve problems. There are differentiated problems included below for you to print off or to look at online to complete.

Geography
On Monday we will be continuing our topic on Our Local Area. We will be looking more in-depth at the different types of settlements and how they are different from one another.
