It's great to hear that so many of you are being active! Have you heard that Oti Mabuse from Strictly Come Dancing is doing a free online dance lesson for children? 

You can watch Oti's live lessons on her YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/mosetsanagape) every weekday at 11.30am and don't worry if you miss it - you can still watch the videos at a later date. 

She is also teaching family dance routines at 7.30pm on a Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
