Kindness from Kai
A local facebook page had a competition to judge the best craft activity by children during their time at home. Our very own Kai won with his robot - which has even got built in shelves.
Congratulations Kai - you won £25 gift vouchers of your choice - but the story doesn't finish there. Kai decided to donate his winning to the local Sharing Kindness group who provides and delivers meals to the vulnerable and isolated within our community. His generosity and kindness has amazed us all and we are very proud of you Kai.
"Kai was over the moon when I got home from work this morning to tell him he had won !!!!Hes like ' what shall I do next ?? We sat as a family and discussed with Kai what would be a really good thing to do in these times we are all facing; but even more so are our vulnerable people so this was a great way for Kai to give to his community and understand even a small amount or do goes along way and will definitely put a smile on someone's face which really did make him smile."
