The 12th May 2020 is the 200th anniversary of the birth of Florence Nightingale.
In the current climate you may wish to mark this celebration with your children.
If you go out onto your doorsteps on a Thursday evening to Clap for the NHS, perhaps this week you would like to add to this by holding a lantern in her memory and as a mark to all the nurses and carers that still look after us all. Maybe a decorated jam jar or one of those attached below.
There are also some colouring sheets and bunting attached.
