A Day to Remember on the Farm! The children from The Nest had an unforgettable day on the farm for their trip this term, filled with fun, laughter, and hands-on learning! From feeding cuddly lambs to meeting curious goats and pigs, the children fully embraced every moment. A definite crowd-pleaser was the bumpy barrel ride - there were lots of giggles and big smiles all around! And of course, cheering on their favourite pigs in the great pig race had everyone on their feet! We're so proud of how wonderfully the children represented our school - they were kind, curious, and full of enthusiasm. What a fantastic day and memory to treasure!

This term Year 1 have been exploring the Great Fire of London and brought history to life with a fantastic craft day! They built 1666-style houses from cereal boxes and re-enacted how the fire spread. They were able to carry out the burning safely, thanks to the valuable fire safety knowledge they gained during a visit from our local firefighters. This experience helped the children make meaningful real-world connections to their learning, making it both fun and educational for everyone involved!

A huge thank you to the families and staff at Thrapston Primary School and the Brooke Weston Trust for supporting our Mufti Day on Friday 27th June! Together, we raised an amazing £587 for Millie, a local girl who recently had her leg amputated and is fundraising for a prosthetic leg. We wore sports clothes in honour of Millie's incredible sporting spirit - she's an inspiration to us all! #MakingMillieMobile #MuftiDay #CommunityKindness
