Governors Business and Pecuniary Interests


School Governors are required to declare any relevant business and pecuniary interests. This declaration must include:


  1. governance roles in other educational institutions
  2. any material interests arising from relationships between governors and school staff (including spouses, partners and close relatives)


Of those governors serving at Thrapston Primary School at the start of the 2016/17 academic year, the following individuals have declared no interests:

Other governors have made the following declarations:


Rachel King - related to a member of the Extended Schools team.

Claire Golding - Parent Support Worker at Thrapston Primary School from 31st October 2016.

Celia Busby - my husband is treasurer of Thrapston Heritage who have hired school premises over the last 12 months.

Adam Boon - my wife is employed by the school. She is also employed by a teacher at the school. She is also Chair of the PTA which provides funding to the school.
